If you want to get started with fitness or if you want to work on a certain weak area, my challenges are a great way to achieve this. I create a challenge about once every 2 weeks.
Here are my September challenges are listed below.
This one is simple – make sure you drink the right amount of water for your weight every day. The right amount is 1/2 your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 160 lbs you should drink 80 oz per day. Drink more water on days your exercise!

Our challengers are following one of two schedules. We have all levels of challengers! Some already can plank for 5 minutes and raising the bar. One 5 minute planker is adding more each day. Another is planking with her arms on the bosu ball – try that!!
